Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Sale for Ome.gg Premium.

1. Changed your mind? 14 days, no questions

Within 14 days of a payment, you can have all of it back. You don't need to give a reason. This works for your first payment and for a renewal, and it works once per person: one refund for your account, your PayPal account and your browser together.

• In the app: Settings → Premium → Refund.
• Or by email: write to [email protected] from the address on your account within the 14 days. It counts the same as the button, even if we answer after the 14 days.

The refund goes back to your PayPal account, usually within a few days, and we email you when it's done. Premium ends straight away and your subscription is cancelled, so nothing more is charged.

2. After your one refund

You can still buy Premium again, and cancel at any time: you keep it until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged. A later payment isn't refunded just because you changed your mind.

3. Refunds we make ourselves

• A ban for good. If your account is banned for good within 7 days of a payment, that payment is refunded automatically. If the ban is because you are under 18, every payment PayPal still allows us to refund is refunded. A temporary ban changes nothing about your subscription.
• A purchase we couldn't accept. If we decline a purchase after PayPal took the payment (see the Terms of Sale, section 3), it's refunded in full.
• Our mistakes. A double charge, a charge after you cancelled or deleted your account, or Premium not working because of a fault on our side: write to us and we put it right, whether or not you have used your one refund, and without ending your Premium.

4. Before you dispute a payment

Please write to us first at [email protected]; a person answers payment questions within 24 hours. A dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your bank can end Premium while it is open, and stops that account, PayPal account and browser from buying Premium again.

5. Your rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under the consumer law where you live; it doesn't take any away. For buyers in the EU, EEA and UK, see section 7 of the Terms of Sale.
