Terms of Sale
Version 2026-10-11 · Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy Ome.gg Premium. They add to our Terms of Service, which still apply to everything you do on Ome.gg. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. Every purchase records which version of these terms was shown to you.
1. Who sells Premium
Premium is sold by Eastwood Media, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, which operates Ome.gg. Our address is 19 Rochester Road, Cape Town, South Africa, and you can reach us at [email protected]. Payments are taken by PayPal on our behalf and show on your statement as PAYPAL *EASTWOODMED.
2. What Premium is
Premium is a subscription to extra features in Ome.gg's chat. Today it includes the gender and country filters in random chat, name styles and extra themes, photos, videos and voice notes in direct messages, the Premium badge and the Gold frame, a members' frame each month to keep, and the other extras listed on the Premium page in the app. Random chat, chatrooms, friends, messages and games stay free for everyone; Premium never puts the chat itself behind a payment.
We may improve, change or replace individual features over time. If we take away something that is a main reason people buy Premium, you can ask for a refund of the time you have left (write to us).
A filter makes some matches more likely; it can't promise who you will meet, how many people are online, or that anyone will chat with you. Premium is not a dating service.
3. Who can buy it
- You must be 18 or older, and your account must have a saved email address.
- One subscription per account. Premium belongs to the account it was bought on and can't be moved, shared or resold.
- To keep payment fraud out, we may decline a purchase: for example from an account linked to a ban, a PayPal account already paying for two other Ome.gg accounts, or after a payment dispute. If we decline after PayPal has taken a payment, we refund it in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Premium costs $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, in US dollars. The price shown when you buy is the price you pay, including any tax we have to charge.
- You pay through PayPal. We never see your card or bank details; PayPal tells us your PayPal account, its country and the payment.
- If your PayPal account or card uses another currency, PayPal or your bank converts the amount and may charge for doing so.
- If we change Premium's price, it doesn't change for a subscription that is already running.
5. When it starts, and renewal
- Premium starts as soon as PayPal confirms your first payment. If you already have Premium as a gift, or from a plan you cancelled, your new plan starts when that ends, so you never pay twice for the same days.
- Your subscription renews automatically, every month or every year, at the same price, until you cancel. We email a receipt after every payment, and a reminder 7 days before a yearly renewal.
- If a renewal payment doesn't go through, PayPal tries once more. Premium stays on for 3 days so you can fix it in PayPal; after that it ends. We never charge you later for time you missed.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Premium, or in your PayPal account. Nothing more is charged, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period; see the Refund Policy for when we give money back.
Deleting your account cancels your subscription at once, so nothing more is charged. If you undo the deletion within 24 hours you keep the time you paid for; after that, Premium ends with the account.
7. Your right to withdraw (EU, EEA and UK)
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Premium starts as soon as you pay, so when you buy we ask you to agree that it starts right away and that you lose the right to withdraw once it has started. You keep everything in our Refund Policy, which gives you a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and of any later payment until you have used your one refund.
8. Bans, disputes and ending Premium
- Premium doesn't change our rules or how we enforce them, and paying never lifts a ban. While a temporary ban runs you can't use Ome.gg, Premium included, and your subscription carries on. If your account is banned for good under our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Premium ends and your subscription is cancelled. A payment made in the 7 days before that ban is refunded automatically; if the ban is because you are under 18, every payment PayPal still allows us to refund is refunded. Otherwise the rest of the period isn't refunded.
- If something is wrong with a payment, please write to us first: we answer payment questions within 24 hours. If you open a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your bank, Premium may end while it is open, and that account, PayPal account and browser can't buy Premium again.
9. When Premium ends
When Premium ends, for whatever reason, the filters go back to Anyone and Anywhere, your theme goes back to the default, and the Gold frame comes off (unless you had it before Premium went on sale). Your name style is saved in case you come back, and every members' frame you claimed stays yours.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases and renewals after the date it is published; if a change matters to a running subscription, we tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it. Section 15 of our Terms of Service (dispute resolution and governing law) applies to these terms too, and nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Questions: [email protected].
